Bulk, unsolicited and marketing email is not permitted from the mailbox platform.

More storage isn't always the better choice
Larger mailboxes are available when you need them — but bigger is not automatically better for day-to-day use.

- Desktop mail clients can struggle with very large local datasets
- Email should not automatically become permanent document storage
- Backups protect against loss; they are not a substitute for long-term archival
